Marilou Bree: Director and Care Manager
Marilou is Alexandra Court’s Director and Care Manager. After completing a BSc in Business Management, she joined Alexandra Court full time in 2007 and later completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. She has managed the home since 2017, continuing the family values on which Alexandra Court was founded. Outside work, Marilou enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Chris: Head Housekeeper

Our amazing Chris has 13 years of experience in Housekeeping and ensures high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout Alexandra Court. In his spare time he has completed 3 marathons, 1 ultra marathon and even trekked to Everest Base camp.

Kirsty: Administrator
Kirsty is our Administrator and supports many areas of Alexandra Court, including maintenance, ordering, staff training, recruitment and finance. Her knowledge and organisation help keep everything running smoothly. Outside work, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her partner and daughters.

Sahara: Activities Coordinator
Sahara is our fabulous Activities Coordinator and creates content for our social media channels. Her imagination knows no bounds when planning meaningful, enjoyable activities for our residents. Outside work, she loves travelling and spending time with her family.

Caroline: Mental Health First Aider and Menopause Advocate
Caroline supports the wellbeing of our residents and team as a trained Mental Health First Aider and Menopause Advocate. She offers a friendly, approachable presence and helps ensure people feel listened to, understood and supported.
